Goodyear Tire (NASDAQ: GT) reported Q4 EPS of $0.95, $0.08 better than the analyst estimate of $0.87. Revenue for the quarter came in at $3.7 billion versus the consensus estimate of $3.88 billion.

The Board of Directors authorized a $1.0 billion increase in the share repurchase program, bringing the total authorization to $2.1 billion.
