The record date for determination of the Civitas stockholders entitled to notice of and to vote at the annual meeting is January 9, 2017 (the “Record Date”). The proxy statement containing additional meeting details and admission procedures is expected to be available no later than the last week of January to stockholders of record as of the Record Date.
