Kroger (NYSE: KR) reported Q3 EPS of $0.41, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.41. Revenue for the quarter came in at $26.6 billion versus the consensus estimate of $26.43 billion.

Comps, excluding fuel, rose 0.1 percent, versus a gain of 0.6 percent expected. Including fuel, comps fell 0.2%.

Gross margin was 22.2 percent, versus 22.3 percent expected.

GUIDANCE:

Kroger sees FY2017 EPS of $2.10-$2.15, versus the consensus of $2.13.
