Brocade Communications (NASDAQ: BRCD) said in advanced talks to sell itself, according to Bloomberg headlines.
UPDATE -Sources said that Brocade is nearing the final stages of a sales process.
Broadcom (Nasdaq: AVGO) is said to be one of the interested parties.
No deal has been reached and discussions may fall apart before a final agreement is made. The potential deal could be announced as soon as this week.
