Vonage (NYSE: VG) reported Q3 EPS of $0.09, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $0.05. Revenue for the quarter came in at $248.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $246.92 million.

GUIDANCE:

Vonage sees FY2016 revenue of $950-960 million, versus the consensus of $957 million.

• Within this, the Company is raising guidance for Vonage Business revenues to a range of $374 to $377 million, up from $365 to $370 million. Adjusted OIBDA is expected to be in the range of $158 to $160 million, up from "at least $150 million."
