Sempra Energy (SRE) Misses Q2 EPS by 18c, Affirms Guidance
Sempra Energy (NYSE: SRE) reported Q2 EPS of $0.79, $0.18 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.97. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.16 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.62 billion.
"We expect to meet our adjusted earnings-per-share guidance for 2016 of $4.60 to $5 and to achieve approximately 12-percent compound annual adjusted earnings-per-share growth from 2016 through 2020."
