LifeLock (LOCK) Tops Q2 EPS by 3c, Guides In-Line
LifeLock (NYSE: LOCK) reported Q2 EPS of $0.07, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.04. Revenue for the quarter came in at $164.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $163.25 million.
Chief Executive Officer and President Hilary Schneider said, “We are pleased with our revenue and profits results, which exceeded our guidance in the quarter, driven by strong new memberacquisition, solid retention, increased adoption of premium products and continued growth of our ID Analytics business."

We added to our leadership team in each of these areas as we pursue a strategic focus on larger opportunities. GUIDANCE:
LifeLock sees Q3 2016 EPS of $0.34-$0.35, versus the consensus of $0.35. LifeLock sees Q3 2016 revenue of $167-169 million, versus the consensus of $169.9 million.
LifeLock sees FY2016 EPS of $0.74-$0.78, versus the consensus of $0.75. LifeLock sees FY2016 revenue of $662-670 million, versus the consensus of $666.17 million.
