Cracker Barrel (NASDAQ: CBRL) declared a quarterly dividend of $1.15 per share, or $4.6 annualized. This is a 4.5% increase from the prior dividend of $1.10.
The dividend will be payable on August 5, 2016, to stockholders of record on July 15, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of July 13, 2016.
