Mistras Group, Inc. sees FY2016 revenue of $710-715 million, versus prior guidance of $710-725 million and the consensus of $720 million.

• The Company expects to achieve low to mid-single digit organic revenue growth in its fourth quarter that will be mostly offset by adverse foreign exchange and dispositions.
• Adjusted EBITDA range increased; now $84 million to $87 million or 17% to 21% higher than prior year. The Company expects Adjusted EBITDA may exceed 12% of revenues, compared with 10.1% in the prior year.
