CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 03/03/16 -- Canadian Natural Resources Limited announces its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend on its common shares of C$0.23 (twenty-three cents) per common share. The dividend will be payable April 1, 2016 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 18, 2016.

Canadian Natural is a senior oil and natural gas production company, with continuing operations in its core areas located in Western Canada, the U.K. portion of the North Sea and Offshore Africa.
