Dollar Tree (DLTR) Misses Q4 EPS by 6c; Comps Rose 1.7%

Dollar Tree (NASDAQ: DLTR) reported Q4 EPS of $1.01, $0.06 worse than the analyst estimate of $1.07. Revenue for the quarter came in at $5.37 billion versus the consensus estimate of $5.41 billion.

Comps rose 1.7% on a constant currency basis for the Dollar Tree segment.

GUIDANCE:

Dollar Tree sees Q1 2016 EPS of $0.75-$0.83, versus the consensus of $0.80. Dollar Tree sees Q1 2016 revenue of $5.05-5.12 billion, versus the consensus of $5.10 billion.

Dollar Tree sees FY2016 EPS of $3.35-$3.65, versus the consensus of $3.76. Dollar Tree sees FY2016 revenue of $20.76-21.11 billion, versus the consensus of $20.92 billion.
