GUIDANCE:

Owens-Illinois sees FY2016 EPS of $2.10-$2.25, versus the consensus of $2.27.

In 2016, the Company expects to deliver higher earnings and cash flow mainly driven by higher segment operating profit. Free cash flow generation in 2016 is expected to be approximately $280 million, using year-end 2015 foreign exchange rates. The priority for the Company's free cash flow continues to be debt reduction.
