(NYSE: CIVI) announced today that it will conduct its 2016 annual meeting of stockholders on Friday, Friday 26, 2016 at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time at its headquarters located at 313 Congress St., Boston, Massachusetts. The record date for determination of the Civitas stockholders entitled to notice of and to vote at the annual meeting is January 14, 2016 (the “Record Date”). The proxy statement containing additional meeting details and admission procedures is expected to be available no later than the last week of January to stockholders of record as of the Record Date.
