Horizon Global (HZN) Misses Q3 EPS by 2c, Offers Guidance
Horizon Global (NYSE: HZN) reported Q3 EPS of $0.50, $0.02 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.52. Revenue for the quarter came in at $153.34 million versus the consensus estimate of $153.74 million.
Guidance issued for the six months ended December 31, 2015:
- Net sales guidance updated to between $275 and $285 million, reflecting continued strength of U.S. dollar
- Adjusted segment operating profit increasing 200 basis points, more than 50 percent greater than the same period in 2014, excluding any future items that may be considered Special Items
- Operating cash flow between $20 and $30 million
- Full-year adjusted earnings guidance of $0.95 to $1.00 per diluted share, excluding any future items that may be considered Special Items (versus the consensus of $1.00.)
