Universal Electronics (NASDAQ: UEIC) reported Q3 EPS of $0.78, $0.05 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.83. Revenue for the quarter came in at $160.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $167.27 million.

“Our fourth quarter 2015 financial guidance reflects the accelerated rollout of advanced remote control technologies among our customer base. As a result, we expect the fourth quarter will be the largest quarter in our long history in both net sales and earnings per share,” stated Hackworth.

Universal Electronics sees Q4 2015 EPS of $0.79-$0.89, versus the consensus of $0.84. Universal Electronics sees Q4 2015 revenue of $159-167 million, versus the consensus of $164.84 million.
