inTEST Corp (NYSE: INTT) reported Q3 EPS of $0.03, versus $0.08 reported last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at $9.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $9.8 million.

Daniel J. Graham, Senior Vice President and GM of our Mechanical and Electrical Products segments, has informed the Board of his decision to retire at the end of 2015. Mr. Matthiessen added, "I want to thank Dan for his many years of distinguished service.
