Herbalife (NYSE: HLF) reported Q3 EPS of $1.28, $0.23 better than the analyst estimate of $1.05. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.1 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.15 billion.

Raises FY’15 adjusted diluted EPS guidance to a range of $4.65 to $4.75; up from the previous range of $4.50 to $4.70. The Street sees FY15 EPS of $4.65.

Sees Q4 EPS of $0.85 - $0.95, versus the consensus of $1.07.
