Blackbaud (NASDAQ: BLKB) reported Q3 EPS of $0.38, $0.02 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.40. Revenue for the quarter came in at $158.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $163.21 million.

Blackbaud sees FY2015 EPS of $1.48-$1.52, versus the consensus of $1.53. Blackbaud sees FY2015 revenue of $645-653 million, versus the consensus of $644.9 million.
