Susquehanna downgraded GrubHub Inc. (NYSE: GRUB) from Positive to Neutral with a price target of $25.00 (from $44.00).
Analyst Shyam Patil commented, "While we like the business and long-term opportunity, we believe lingering issues around competition, decelerating growth, and margin pressure are likely to continue to weigh on the stock, capping potential near-term upside. As such, we’re lowering our rating to Neutral (from Positive) and our price target to $25 (from $44)."
