Baxter (NYSE: BAX) reported Q3 EPS of $0.41, $0.12 better than the analyst estimate of $0.29. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.49 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.46 billion.

Guidance:

Baxter sees Q4 2015 EPS of $0.30-$0.32, versus the consensus of $0.30. For the second half of 2015, the company now expects earnings from continuing operations, before special items, of $0.71 to $0.73 per diluted share compared to its previous earnings guidance of $0.58 to $0.62 per share.
