IAC/InterActive (NASDAQ: IACI) reported Q3 EPS of $1.01, $0.23 better than the analyst estimate of $0.78. Revenue for the quarter came in at $838.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $806.05 million.

IAC announced that it has extended its partnership with Google (Nasdaq: GOOG) for four more years. The new agreement, through which Google will continue to provide IAC and its network partners with sponsored listings and other search-related services, runs from the end of IAC's current agreement on March 31, 2016 and continues through March 31, 2020.
