Rambus (NASDAQ: RMBS) reported Q3 EPS of $0.14, $0.01 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.15. Revenue for the quarter came in at $73.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $76.21 million.

Rambus sees Q4 2015 revenue of $71-77 million, versus the consensus of $83.5 million. Achieving revenue in this range will require that the Company sign new customer agreements for patent and solutions licensing among other matters.
