In a 13G filing on Twitter, Inc. (NYSE: TWTR), Prince Alwalled Bin Talal disclosed a 5.17%, or 34,948,975 share, stake in the company.

The prince and his kingdom first invested $300 million in Twitter in 2011.

The new investment makes Prince Alwaleed and KHC the second largest shareholders in Twitter, according to a statement from Alwaleed and his Kingdom Holding Company.
