Intercontinental Exchange Declares Quarterly Dividend of $0.75 per Share
ATLANTA & NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Intercontinental Exchange (NYSE: ICE), the leading global network of exchanges and clearing houses, announced today a $0.75 per share dividend for the third quarter of 2015. The dividend is payable on September 30, 2015 to shareholders of record as of September 16, 2015. The ex-dividend date is September 14, 2015.
