UGI Corp (NYSE: UGI) reported Q3 EPS of $0.03, may not compare to the analyst estimate of $0.15. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.15 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.7 billion.

“Given the warm weather in the third quarter and assuming normal weather in the fourth quarter, we expect our fiscal year 2015 EPS to be at the lower end of our guidance range of $2.00 to $2.10," the company said.

FY consensus EPS is $1.98.
