Mitek Systems (NASDAQ: MITK) reported Q3 EPS of $0.07, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.04. Revenue for the quarter came in at $6.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $5.83 million.

Mitek Systems sees FY2015 revenue of $23.5-24.5 million, versus prior guidance of $22.5-23.5 million.

"Our acquisition of IDchecker solidifies Mitek's position as a global leader in mobile capture and identity solutions, increasing our recurring revenues with a cloud-based model."
