KMG Chemicals sees FY2015 revenue of $315-325 million, versus the consensus of $325.5 million. We increase our fiscal 2015 adjusted EBITDA forecast to $35-37 million, from $34-36 million previously. The increase in our adjusted EBITDA forecast includes the addition of Val-Tex.
