NetApp (NTAP) Competitors to Benefit from Company Woes, Needham & Company Says
In this morning's downgrade of downgrade of NetApp (NASDAQ: NTAP) Needham & Company analyst Richard Kugele sees the company's woest benefiting competitors.
Kugele said EMC Corp. (NYSE: EMC), Nimble Storage (NYSE: NMBL) and the next-gen startups (Nutanix, Pure Storage, Tintri, Tegile, Nexenta etc…) are all likely beneficiaries of NTAP’s woes, while partners such as DTLK are weighed down (though note that DTLK now has CSCO as its largest vendor and does resell the next-gen players).
