Vonage (NYSE: VG) reported Q1 EPS of $0.09, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.08. Revenue for the quarter came in at $220 million versus the consensus estimate of $216.97 million.

Vonage sees FY2015 revenue of $862-877 million, versus the consensus of $866.12 million. The Company continues to expect adjusted EBITDA to be at least $135 million and capital expenditures to be approximately $30 million.
