FireEye (FEYE) Tops Q1 EPS by 3c, Sales Beat

FireEye (NASDAQ: FEYE) reported Q1 EPS of ($0.48), $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.51). Revenue for the quarter came in at $125.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $120.56 million.

FireEye sees FY2015 revenue of $615-635 million, versus the consensus of $619.83 million.

FireEye sees Q2 2015 EPS of ($0.47)-($0.50), versus the consensus of ($0.49). FireEye sees Q2 2015 revenue of $140-144 million, versus the consensus of $139.7 million.

"Demand was strong across all product segments, indicating that customers are turning to us for a range of solutions," said DeWalt. "FireEye is continuing to reach customers on a global scale, with growth balanced across all geographic regions. The company added more than 220 new customers in the first quarter and closed 28 transactions over one million dollars, a record for first quarter, and two times the number of seven-figure deals in the first quarter of 2014."
