Achieved $183 million in fourth quarter Adjusted EBITDA and $543 million in full-year Adjusted EBITDA.

Provides 2015 annual guidance for net sales of $4.8 billion to $5.0 billion, Adjusted EBITDA of $500 million to $540 million, and Free Cash Flow of $180 million to $200 million. The Street sees FY15 revenue of $4.75 billion.
