Netgear, Inc. (NASDAQ: NTGR) reported Q4 EPS of $0.65, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.63. Revenue for the quarter came in at $353.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $344.53 million.

Netgear, Inc. sees Q1 2015 revenue of $300-315 million, versus the consensus of $341.68 million.

"The decline in revenue beyond normal seasonality is primarily due to the challenges faced by our Service Provider Business Unit. Non-GAAP operating margin is expected to be in the range of 8.5% to 9.5%, which includes an unfavorable impact of approximately 100 basis points as a result of the recent appreciation of the U.S. dollar, as compared to the recent fourth quarter."
