Under Armour (UA) PT Trimmed to $73 at Jefferies Amid 'Pricey' Deal
Jefferies analyst Randal Konik reiterated a Hold rating and trimmed his price target on Under Armour, Inc. (NYSE: UA) to $73.00 (from $75.00) following Q4 results but what they are calling a "pricey" deal.
Konik commented, "UA capped off a strong year with better than expected 4Q results. While we continue to view UA as The "It" Brand of the next generation, we see limited NT upside to UA's share price given a slowing upward earnings revision cycle coupled with increasingly high expectations that are getting harder and harder to beat. Pricey valuation also gives us pause here and already factor in the positives, in our view."
The firm cut FY 2015 EPS from $1.20 to $1.08.
