Cigna (NYSE: CI) reported Q4 EPS of $1.77, $0.10 better than the analyst estimate of $1.67. Revenue for the quarter came in at $8.93 billion versus the consensus estimate of $8.89 billion.

Cigna's outlook for full year 2015 consolidated adjusted income from operations, which now excludes the impact of acquisition related amortization expense of approximately $100 million or $0.40 per share, is in the range of $2.1 billion to $2.2 billion, or $8.00 to $8.40 per share. Cigna’s outlook also excludes the potential effects of future capital deployment.
