Landstar System (NASDAQ: LSTR) reported Q4 EPS of $0.86, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $0.81. Revenue for the quarter came in at $862.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $835.24 million.

Landstar also announced that effective January 29, 2015, Landstar President and CEO Jim Gattoni has joined the Board of Directors of Landstar System, Inc.

Landstar System sees Q1 2015 EPS of $0.71-$0.76, versus the consensus of $0.72. Landstar System sees Q1 2015 revenue of $750-800 million, versus the consensus of $773.8 million.
