CyberArk Software (CYBR) Tops Q3 EPS by 19c

CyberArk Software (Nasdaq: CYBR) reported Q3 EPS of $0.20, $0.19 better than the analyst estimate of $0.01. Revenue for the quarter came in at $28 million versus the consensus estimate of $20.9 million.

CyberArk Software sees Q4 2014 EPS of $0.04 - $0.06, versus the consensus of $0.02. CyberArk Software sees Q4 2014 revenue of $26 - $27 million, versus the consensus of $25.13 million.

*** The company offered a correction Thursday morning: In the third bullet under Full Year 2014, non-GAAP income per share should read $0.33 to $0.35 (instead of $0.29 to $0.31). (The Street consensus is $0.13.)
