Concentrix Corporation (NASDAQ: CNXC) announced the launch of Live Voice Translation, an AI-powered tool that allows customers and service advisors speaking different languages to communicate in real time, with each party hearing the conversation in their preferred language.

The tool, added to Concentrix's existing iX Suite of AI technologies, covers more than 60 languages. The company said the solution is already being used in customer support environments globally, with the company reporting productivity levels above 97% during real-world conversations.

According to the press release, use cases include advisors speaking Southeast Asian languages supporting English-speaking customers, and instances where advisors switched to Mandarin mid-conversation based on customer preference. The company said the tool has handled higher-complexity scenarios such as technical product support and refund processing.

Concentrix President and CEO Chris Caldwell said in a statement: "Live Voice Translation builds on our existing AI-powered multilingual translation capability within our iX Suite, further enhancing the value that our technologies bring to the market, and delivering a proven response to client and end-customer demand."

The company said clients can select language pairs, delivery hubs, and customer journey scope, with specialist teams managing deployment, training, and ongoing service quality. Live Voice Translation joins other iX Suite capabilities, including conversational AI and advisor assist tools.
