MySize pursues acquisition strategy for AI retail platform expansion
MySize Inc. (NASDAQ: MYSZ) announced it is advancing a strategic initiative to acquire complementary technology companies as part of building a scalable AI-driven platform for retail and fashion industries.
The company said it is pursuing a "roll-up" approach focused on acquiring businesses with proven technologies, proprietary data assets, and established customer relationships that can integrate into MySize's existing ecosystem. The Tel Aviv and New York-based company provides AI-powered technology solutions for global retail and fashion industries.
MySize is evaluating opportunities in AI-powered size and fit recommendation technologies, data-driven personalization platforms, AI solutions for inventory optimization, circular fashion and recommerce technologies, and advanced analytics systems.
The company is also considering retail and commerce-oriented businesses that could benefit from its AI capabilities and data infrastructure. MySize stated it aims to build a diversified fashion platform serving brands and retailers across the value chain.
"We believe the retail and fashion industries are entering a new phase where scale, data, and AI capabilities will increasingly determine long-term winners," said Ronen Luzon, Chief Executive Officer. "Our roll-up strategy is designed to bring together specialized technologies and data sets under a unified platform, allowing us to move faster, serve customers more comprehensively, and create long-term shareholder value."
MySize operates omnichannel e-commerce platforms and AI-driven sizing solutions, including MySizeID and Naiz Fit. The company intends to integrate acquired capabilities into its existing platforms while pursuing both organic and inorganic growth.
