JetBlue Airways Corp. (NASDAQ: JBLU) announced five new nonstop routes from San Juan, Puerto Rico, beginning in March 2026. The airline will launch year-round service to Philadelphia, Jacksonville, Norfolk, Richmond and Buffalo.

The Philadelphia route will operate daily starting March 26, 2026, while the other four destinations will have service ranging from three to four days per week. JetBlue is offering introductory fares starting at $99 one-way for the new routes, available for purchase now through December 5, 2025.

"Puerto Rico has shaped JetBlue's identity for more than two decades," said Marty St. George, JetBlue's president. "Our newest routes only deepen our commitment to the island and the communities that have been part of JetBlue's story since 2002."

The expansion will bring JetBlue's total nonstop destinations from San Juan to 22, with the airline averaging more than 40 daily departures from the airport next spring. JetBlue operates from three Puerto Rico airports: San Juan, Aguadilla and Ponce.

Puerto Rico Governor Jenniffer González-Colón said the new routes demonstrate the administration's commitment to strengthening air connectivity and solidifying Puerto Rico's position as a Caribbean destination.

JetBlue and the Puerto Rico Tourism Company renewed their partnership through a new Cooperative Marketing Agreement to support promotional efforts for the airline's expanding service across the island. The agreement uses tourism company marketing funds to drive demand through digital media, email marketing and destination branding.

JetBlue employs nearly 800 crew members across Puerto Rico and operates pilot and flight crew bases along with maintenance operations on the island. The airline began serving San Juan in 2002.
