VocalTec Communication LTD (NASDAQ: CALL) 11% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.91, $0.40 better than the analyst estimate of $0.51. Revenue for the quarter came in at $41.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $39.01 million.

Novavax, Inc. (Nasdaq: NVAX) 8% HIGHER; announced that top-line data from the Phase II dose-ranging clinical trial of its respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) vaccine candidate in women of childbearing age accomplished the trial's protocol-specified objectives and supports progression to the next stage of advanced clinical testing. The trial represents an important step towards establishing the safety and immunogenicity of the vaccine candidate for use in a maternal immunization strategy. In such a strategy, the antibodies in vaccinated women can be expected to be naturally transferred to their infants in utero and thereby may confer passive protection at the earliest stage of life when these infants are extremely vulnerable to severe respiratory disease due to RSV.

Newfield Exploration Company (NYSE: NFX) 7% HIGHER; announced a significant natural gas discovery on the Block SK 310 Production Sharing Contract (PSC) area, located 50 miles offshore Sarawak in approximately 250 feet of water. This is the Company's second pinnacle reef natural gas discovery in the region.

Global Payments, Inc. (NYSE: GPN) 6% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.87, $0.02 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.89. Revenue for the quarter came in at $578.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $580.28 million.Global Payments, Inc. reaffirmed FY2013 guidance.

Zynga (Nasdaq: ZNGA) 5% HIGHER; plans to offers its first real money games in UK Starting April 3rd. The first two games to launch will be ZyngaPlusPoker and ZyngaPlusCasino. The launch is being viewed as a test for Zynga and will not include Facebook (Nasdaq: FB) or mobile games, yet.

Charter Financial Corporation (Nasdaq: CHFN) 4% LOWER; stockholders and the members of First Charter, MHC each approved the plan of conversion and reorganization pursuant to which the MHC will convert to the stock holding company form of organization and Charter Financial Corporation, a Maryland corporation, the proposed stock holding company for CharterBank, will sell shares of its common stock. The Company also announced that Charter Financial expects to sell 14,289,429 shares of common stock at $10.00 per share, for gross offering proceeds of $142.9 million in the offering.

Spectra Energy Partners, LP (NYSE: SEP) 4% LOWER; announced it has commenced an underwritten public offering of 4,500,000 of its common units representing limited partner interests. Barclays Capital Inc. is acting as the sole book-running manager of the offering. The Partnership also intends to grant Barclays Capital Inc. a 30-day option to purchase up to 675,000 additional common units.

Atmel Corporation (Nasdaq: ATML) 3% LOWER; CFO to leave, company boosts Q1 outlook

Oxford Industries, Inc. (NYSE: OXM) 3% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.65, $0.05 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.70. Revenue for the quarter came in at $236.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $228.64 million. Oxford Industries, Inc. sees FY2013 EPS of $3.00-3.15, versus the consensus of $3.24. Oxford Industries, Inc. sees FY2013 revenue of $930-945 million, versus the consensus of $928.15 million. Oxford Industries, Inc. sees Q1 2013 EPS of $0.72-0.82, versus the consensus of $1.20. Oxford Industries, Inc. sees Q1 2013 revenue of $230-240 million, versus the consensus of $255.0 million.

Vodafone (NYSE: VOD) 2% LOWER; Verizon (NYSE: VZ) said has no plans to make an offer to the company.

Tesla Motors, Inc. (NASDAQ: TSLA) 2% LOWER; Announced a new finance product with US Bank and Wells Fargo providing 10% down financing for purchase of a Model S.

G-III Apparel Group Ltd (NASDAQ: GIII) 2% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.40, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.40. Revenue for the quarter came in at $375.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $360.21 million. G-III Apparel Group Ltd sees FY2013 EPS of $3.10-3.20, versus the consensus of $3.29. G-III Apparel Group Ltd sees Q1 2013 EPS of ($0.03)-($0.07) vs. Est ($0.02). G-III Apparel Group Ltd sees Q1 2013 revenue of $270 million, versus the consensus of $260.3 million.

Ares Capital Corporation (Nasdaq: ARCC) 2% LOWER; plans to make a public offering of 16,650,000 shares of its common stock. Ares Capital also plans to grant the underwriters an option to purchase up to an additional 2,497,500 shares of common stock. The offering of the shares will be made under Ares Capital’s shelf registration statement (as amended), which was filed with, and declared effective by, the Securities and Exchange Commission.
