Revenue for the quarter came in at $212.1 million, versus $346.3 million reported last year. “Looking at the second half of the year, we expect Adjusted EBITDA to range between $50 and $70 million, with momentum continuing into 2021."

Trevena, Inc. (Nasdaq: TRVN) 16.4% LOWER; intends to offer and sell shares of its common stock in an underwritten public offering. In addition, Trevena intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 15% of the shares of its common stock offered in the public offering. The offering is subject to market conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed, or as to the actual size or terms of the offering.

Red Robin Gourmet Burgers (NASDAQ: RRGB) 9% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of ($3.31), $0.01 worse than the analyst estimate of ($3.30). Revenue for the quarter came in at $161.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $166.06 million. Comparable restaurant revenue decreased 41.4%;

American Eagle Outfitters (NYSE: AEO) 8.9% HIGHER; JPMorgan upgraded from Neutral to Overweight with a price target of $17.00 (from $12.00).

T2 Biosystems, Inc. (NASDAQ: TTOO) 8.6% LOWER; Achieved second quarter total revenue of $2.6 million and product revenue of $1.0 million, an increase of 41% and a decrease of 18%, respectively, compared to the prior year period.

Super Micro Computer (NASDAQ: SMCI) 8% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.72, $0.18 better than the analyst estimate of $0.54. Revenue for the quarter came in at $896.13 million versus the consensus estimate of $788.37 million. Super Micro Computer sees Q1 2021 EPS of $0.10-$0.35, versus the consensus of $0.50.

K12, Inc. (NYSE: LRN) 7.8% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.12, $0.09 better than the analyst estimate of $0.03. Revenue for the quarter came in at $268.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $261.46 million.

Moderna (NASDAQ: MRNA) 7.7% HIGHER; President Trump announced during a press conference an agreement with for 100 million doses of its coronavirus vaccine.

Kodak (NYSE: KODK) 7.3% HIGHER; reported Q2 revenue of $213 million, versus $307 million reported last year. GAAP net loss of $5 million. Operational EBITDA of negative $7 million.

Plug Power Inc. (NASDAQ: PLUG) 7% LOWER; announced that it is commencing a registered public offering of $300,000,000 of its common stock. In connection with the offering, Plug Power intends to grant the underwriter a 30-day option to purchase up to $45,000,000 of additional shares of common stock.

Tesla, Inc. (Nasdaq: TSLA) 6.6% HIGHER; announced today that the Board of Directors has approved and declared a five-for-one split of Tesla’s common stock in the form of a stock dividend to make stock ownership more accessible to employees and investors.

Personalis, Inc. (Nasdaq: PSNL) 6.4% LOWER; commenced an underwritten public offering of $100 million of its common stock. In addition, Personalis expects the underwriters to be granted a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional $15 million of common stock from a selling stockholder on the same terms and conditions. Personalis will not receive any proceeds from any sale of shares by the selling stockholder.

Alpha & Omega (NASDAQ: AOSL) 4.6% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.29, $0.11 better than the analyst estimate of $0.18. Revenue for the quarter came in at $122.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $119 million.

Adverum Biotechnologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: ADVM) 3.4% LOWER; announced that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of $200 million of its common stock. The company intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 15% of the shares of its common stock offered in the public offering.
