China Recycling Energy Corp. (NASDAQ: CREG) 23% HIGHER; announced that its Chairman and CEO, Mr. Guohua Ku, has entered into a Share Purchase Agreement ("SPA") with the Company on August 27, 2014 to purchase 13,829,074 shares of common stock of the Company (the "Shares") at the market price. The SPA was unanimously approved by the Company's Board of Directors on August 25, 2014, and became effective upon the execution by the parties, today.

Sungy Mobile (NASDAQ: GOMO) 20.7% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.09, $0.05 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.14. Revenue for the quarter came in at $16.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $16.7 million.

The company expect third quarter comparable store sales to decline in the mid single digits, and net income per diluted share to be in the range of $0.09 to $0.13. Genesco, Inc. (NYSE: GCO) 8.6% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.34, $0.21 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.55. Revenue for the quarter came in at $615 million versus the consensus estimate of $613.94 million. Consolidated second quarter 2015 comparable sales, including same store sales and comparable e-commerce and catalog sales, increased 2%, with a 5% increase in the Journeys Group, a 2% decrease in the Lids Sports Group, a 1% increase in the Schuh Group, and a 2% increase in the Johnston & Murphy Group. Genesco sees FY2015 EPS of $5.10 - $5.20, versus prior guidance of $5.40 - $5.55 and the consensus of $5.47.

Frontline (NYSE: FRO) 8.1% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of ($0.23), $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.27).

Guess?, Inc. (NYSE: GES) 7.7% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.26, $0.03 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.29. Revenue for the quarter came in at $608.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $617.91 million. Guess?, Inc. sees Q3 2015 EPS of $0.15 - $0.20, versus the consensus of $0.37. Guess?, Inc. sees Q3 2015 revenue of $590 - $600 million, versus the consensus of $612.98 million. Guess?, Inc. sees FY2015 EPS of $1.05 - $1.20, versus the consensus of $1.46. Violin Memory (NYSE: VMEM) 4.5% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of ($0.21), $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.22). Revenue for the quarter came in at $18.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $19.06 million.

21Vianet Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: VNET) 3.5% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.05, $0.05 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.10. Revenue for the quarter came in at $106.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $104.9 million. For the third quarter of 2014, the Company expects net revenues to be in the range of RMB777 million to RMB813 million, representing approximately 55% growth year over year at the mid point.

FireEye, Inc (NASDAQ: FEYE) 1.8% HIGHER; Stifel Nicolaus initiated coverage with a Buy rating and a price target of $45.00. Analyst Gur Talpaz said strong bookings and revenue growth are evidence of the increased market acceptance of the company's solutions.

Workday (NYSE: WDAY) 1% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of ($0.11), $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.14). Revenue for the quarter came in at $186.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $177.31 million. Workday sees FY2014 revenue of $760-770 million, versus the consensus of $748.7 million. Workday sees Q3 2014 revenue of $200-205 million, versus the consensus of $195.6 million.
