Constant Contact, Inc. (Nasdaq: CTCT) 16.4% HIGHER; announced preliminary financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2014. Sees revenue in the range of $78.7 million to $78.8 million, representing more than 15% year-over-year growth. (The Street sees Q1 revs of $77.3 million).

Intuitive Surgical, Inc. (NASDAQ: ISRG) 10.3% LOWER; anticipates revenue for the first quarter of 2014 to be approximately $465 million, down 24% compared with $611 million for the first quarter of 2013. The Street sees Q1 revs of $537.9 million.

Senomyx, Inc. (NASDAQ: SNMX) 8.7% HIGHER; entered into a new collaborative agreement with PepsiCo, Inc. related to Senomyx's Salt Taste Program. The new collaboration will support Senomyx's continued work to identify flavors with modifying properties intended to restore the desired salty taste in products with reduced salt (sodium chloride).

Zogenix (NASDAQ: ZGNX) 7% HIGHER; presented its case in U.S. District Court in Boston requesting an immediate order staying the ban on the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA)-approved prescription drug product, Zohydro ER (hydrocodone bitartrate) extended-release capsules (CII), entered on March 27, 2014, by Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick. Zogenix appreciates the opportunity to be heard by the court on an expedited basis. A follow-up hearing has been scheduled for Monday, April 14, 2014.

Relypsa, Inc. (Nasdaq: RLYP) 7% LOWER; commenced an underwritten public offering of shares of its common stock to raise aggregate proceeds of $80 million. All of the shares of the common stock to be sold in the offering will be offered by Relypsa. In addition, Relypsa intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 15 percent of the number of shares sold. The offering is subject to market conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed, or as to the actual size or terms of the offering.

Gray Television (NYSE: GTN) 6.7% HIGHER; Wells Fargo upgraded from Market Perform to Outperform.

Bazaarvoice, Inc. (Nasdaq: BV) 5.3% HIGHER; ​Bazaarvoice and Viewpoints, LLC announced the companies have entered into a non-binding letter of intent (LOI) whereby Viewpoints would acquire the Bazaarvoice subsidiary that holds substantially all assets associated with Bazaarvoice's June 2012 acquisition of PowerReviews. Specific terms of the proposed agreement are not being disclosed.

Halozyme Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ: HALO) 4.7% LOWER; announced that the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) informed the company yesterday that a clinical hold has been placed on patient enrollment and dosing of PEGPH20 in an ongoing Phase 2 trial (Study 202) evaluating PEGPH20 in patients with pancreatic cancer. According to the FDA, this action was being taken in view of the company's recent decision to temporarily halt enrollment and dosing of PEGPH20 in the Phase 2 trial.

Mistras Group (NYSE: MG) 4.4% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.06, $0.07 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.13. Revenue for the quarter came in at $151.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $142.66 million.

Constellation Brands (NYSE: STZ) 4% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.81, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $0.76. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.29 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.29 billion.

Alpha Natural Resources (NYSE: ANR) 3.7% LOWER; ​UBS downgraded from Neutral to Sell with a price target of $3.00 (from $5.00).

Aviv REIT (NYSE: AVIV) 3.2% LOWER; announced today that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of 8,000,000 shares of its common stock. In connection with the offering, Aviv intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,200,000 shares of common stock.

Arch Coal Inc (NYSE: ACI) 3.1% LOWER; UBS downgraded from Neutral to Sell

Walter Energy (NYSE: WLT) 3% LOWER; UBS downgraded from Neutral to Sell with a price target of $5.00 (from $8.00).

FireEye, Inc (NASDAQ: FEYE) 2.9% HIGHER; Topeka Capital upgraded from Hold to Buy with a price target of $70.00.

LinkedIn (NYSE: LNKD) 2.9% HIGHER; Topeka Capital upgraded from Hold to Buy while maintaining their price target of $230, citing an opportunity among the carnage.

Science Applications International Corp. (NYSE: SAIC) 2.7% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.68, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.65. Revenue for the quarter came in at $941 million versus the consensus estimate of $945.16 million.

Alcoa, Inc. (NYSE: AA) 2.4% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.09, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $0.05. Revenue for the quarter came in at $5.45 billion versus the consensus estimate of $5.56 billion.

Facebook (NASDAQ: FB) 2.2% HIGHER; SunTrust says buy ahead of earnings. Piper said Instrgram most popular among teens.

Yelp (NYSE: YELP) 2% HIGHER; CRT Capital upgraded from Fairly Valued to Buy.

Aeropostale, Inc. (NYSE: ARO) 2% LOWER; Piper Jaffray downgraded the stock from Neutral to Underweight and slashed her price target from $7 to $4

General Motors (NYSE: GM) 1.5% LOWER; ​Morgan Stanley downgraded from Equalweight to Underweight and cut its price target from $49 down to $33.

WD-40 Company (NASDAQ: WDFC) 1% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.67, $0.01 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.68. Revenue for the quarter came in at $94.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $92.3 million.
