Today's Pre-Open Stock Movers:

Tenax Therapeutics (NASDAQ: TENX) 120.6% HIGHER; new Buy rating and $5 price target at H.C. Wainwright.

Arcturus Therapeutics Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: ARCT) 39.7% LOWER; has received approval from the Singapore Health Sciences Authority to proceed with a Phase 2 clinical study of its vaccine candidate ARCT-021. This study will build upon the favorable Phase 1/2 study results, as well as supportive preclinical data.

Monaker Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: MKGI) 30.2% LOWER; announced today that, due to demand, the underwriters have agreed to increase the size of its previously announced offering and purchase on a firm commitment basis 3,080,000 shares of common stock of the Company, at a price to the public of $2.50 per share (the Public Price). The closing of the offering is expected to occur on or about December 31, 2020, subject to customary closing conditions.

Iridex Corp (NASDAQ: IRIX) 28.6% HIGHER; said recommended at Value Investor Club with 200-650% potential upside. Shares gained 24% into the close.

Kandi Technologies Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: KNDI) 16.5% HIGHER; entered into a strategic cooperation agreement with the Hangzhou Branch of the Agricultural Bank of China.

Amphastar Pharmaceuticals, Inc., (NASDAQ: AMPH) 10.5% HIGHER; announced that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration has approved its Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) for Glucagon for Injection Emergency Kit, 1 mg. Glucagon is indicated for the treatment of severe hypoglycemia and is also used as a diagnostic aid. Amphastars newly approved synthetic peptide product was determined by the FDA to be bioequivalent and therapeutically equivalent to Eli Lillys Glucagon Emergency Kit for Low Blood Sugar, which has a recombinant DNA (rDNA)-origin.

Ehang Holdings (NASDAQ: EH) 7.5% HIGHER; Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) decided to allow small drones to fly over people and at night in the United States.

Quanterix (NASDAQ: QTRX) 6.1% HIGHER; announced that the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has issued an Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) for its Simoa® Semi-Quantitative SARS-CoV-2 IgG Antibody Test that can be run on the Simoa HD-X Analyzer®, a fully automated high-throughput immunoassay instrument.

Snap Inc (NYSE: SNAP) 5.6% HIGHER; Goldman Sachs raised the price target to a 'Street High' $70.00 (from $42.00) while maintaining a Buy rating.

Fulgent Genetics (Nasdaq: FLGT) 4.5% HIGHER; extended its partnership with the New York City Department of Education and NYC Health + Hospitals for COVID-19 testing through the remainder of the 2021 school year. The contract was awarded after a competitive process where Fulgent demonstrated its COVID-19 testing capabilities, including its accurate and reliable test offerings, easy to use reporting systems and fast turnaround times.

Continental Resources (NYSE: CLR) 3.6% HIGHER; KeyBanc upgraded from Sector Weight to Overweight with a price target of $20.00.

OPKO Health (NASDAQ: OPK) 2% HIGHER; CEO & Chairman, Phillip Frost, bought 300,000 shares on 12/28 at $3.96-$4.03.

BeyondSpring Inc. (NASDAQ: BYSI) 1.5% HIGHER; Evercore ISI initiates coverage on with a Outperform rating and a price target of $30.00.

SAP (NYSE: SAP) 0.5% HIGHER; Qualtrics International, a unit of SAP (NYSE: SAP), files its IPO. The company plans to lists its stock on the NASDAQ under the ticker "XM." The company sees the offering price between $20-$24 per share.
