Acadia Pharmaceuticals Inc. The 12-week placebo-controlled study demonstrated a statistically significant improvement over placebo for both co-primary endpoints. On the Rett Syndrome Behaviour Questionnaire (RSBQ), change from baseline to week 12 was -5.1 vs. -1.7 (p=0.0175; effect size=0.37). The Clinical Global ImpressionImprovement (CGI-I) score at week 12 was 3.5 vs. 3.8 (p=0.0030; effect size=0.47). The RSBQ is a caregiver assessment of the core symptoms of Rett syndrome and the CGI-I is a global physician assessment of worsening or improving of Rett syndrome.
MongoDB (NASDAQ: MDB) 21.3% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of ($0.11), $0.26 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.37). Revenue for the quarter came in at $226.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $205.14 million. MongoDB sees Q4 2022 EPS of ($0.24)-($0.21), versus the consensus of ($0.34). MongoDB sees Q4 2022 revenue of $239-242 million, versus the consensus of $227.7 million.
Blue Owl Capital Inc. (NYSE: OWL) 10.8% LOWER; announced today that NBSH Blue Investments II, LLC, intends to offer in an underwritten public offering 26,717,377 shares of the Company's Class A common stock.

Shineco, Inc. (NASDAQ: SISI) 7% LOWER; entered into a securities purchase agreement (the “Agreement”) for the sale of Gross Proceeds US$2.0 million of its registered common stock at a price of $6.8546 per share with GHS Investments, LLC.
Mimecast Limited (NASDAQ: MIME) 6.8% HIGHER; announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement whereby funds advised by Permira, a global private equity firm focused on transformational growth at scale, will acquire the company. Under the terms of the agreement, Permira will acquire all outstanding ordinary shares of Mimecast for $80.00 per share in an all-cash transaction that values Mimecast at an equity value of approximately $5.8 billion.

Coupa Software sees Q4 2022 revenue of $185-186 million, versus the consensus of $184.2 million.
Digital World Acquisition Corp. (NASDAQ: DWAC) 5.6% HIGHER; Trump Media & Technology Group (TMTG) today announced that Congressman Devin G. Nunes has been selected to join the Company as Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Nunes is currently a sitting U.S. House Representative, representing Californias 22nd congressional district, and formerly the Chair of the House Intelligence Committee. Mr. Nunes will be leaving the U.S. House of Representatives and will begin his new role as Chief Executive Officer of TMTG in January 2022.
