AppLovin Corporation (Nasdaq: APP) 4.2% LOWER; announced that certain of AppLovins stockholders, including KKR Denali Holdings L.P (the Selling Stockholders), intend to offer for sale in an underwritten secondary offering 6,500,000 shares of the Companys Class A common stock.

Raymond James Financial, Inc. (NYSE: RJF) 3.5% HIGHER; Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend on shares of its common stock of $0.34 per share, payable January 18, 2022 to shareholders of record on January 4, 2022. This is a 31% increase over the previous dividend of $0.26 per share paid on October 15, 2021. The Board also authorized repurchase of the company’s shares of common stock in an aggregate amount of up to $1 billion.

Stitch Fix, Inc. (NASDAQ: SFIX) 3.2% HIGHER; Morgan Stanley upgraded from Underweight to Equalweight with a price target of $27.00.

Guidewire Software (NYSE: GWRE) 2.4% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of ($0.21), $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.25). Revenue for the quarter came in at $165.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $164.76 million. Guidewire Software sees Q2 2022 revenue of $195-199 million, versus the consensus of $190 million.
