Lexicon Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq: LXRX) 68.2% HIGHER; announced that both the SOLOIST and SCORED Phase 3 studies achieved their primary endpoints by demonstrating statistically significant reductions in total cardiovascular deaths, hospitalizations for heart failure and urgent heart failure visits in patients treated with sotagliflozin as compared with placebo.
BrainStorm Cell Therapeutics Inc. (NASDAQ: BCLI) 63.8% LOWER; announced today topline results from the Company's randomized, double-blind placebo-controlled Phase 3 trial evaluating NurOwn® (MSC-NTF cells) as a treatment for Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS). Results from the trial showed that NurOwn® was generally well tolerated in this population of rapidly progressing ALS patients. While showing a numerical improvement in the treated group compared to placebo across the primary and key secondary efficacy endpoints, the trial did not reach statistically significant results.
GoodRx Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: GDRX) 18.9% LOWER; down after Amazon announced the launching of Amazon Pharmacy.
Co-Diagnostics (NASDAQ: CODX) 13.9% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.53, $0.10 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.63. Revenue for the quarter came in at $21.82 million versus the consensus estimate of $32.79 million.

In connection with the offering, Plug Power intends to grant the underwriter a 30-day option to purchase up to $112,500,000 of additional shares of common stock.
JOYY Inc. (NASDAQ: YY) 6.2% HIGHER; Baidu, Inc. (NASDAQ: BIDU) entered into definitive agreements with JOYY Inc. (NASDAQ: YY). Pursuant to the agreements, Baidu will acquire JOYY's domestic video-based entertainment live streaming business in China, which includes YY mobile app, YY.com website and PC YY, among others, for an aggregate purchase price of approximately US$3.6 billion in cash, subject to certain adjustments. The closing of the transaction is subject to certain conditions and is currently expected to occur in the first half of 2021.
iQIYI (NASDAQ: IQ) 5.9% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of ($0.24), $0.16 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.40). Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.1 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.09 billion.
