Kezar Life Sciences, Inc. (Nasdaq: KZR) 47.8% HIGHER; reported interim results from the Phase 2 portion of its MISSION clinical trial evaluating KZR-616, a first-in-class selective immunoproteasome inhibitor, in patients with active, proliferative lupus nephritis (LN).

Axon Enterprise, Inc. (NASDAQ: AXON) 25% HIGHER; reported revenue growth of 39% to $232 million, and GAAP net income of $49 million, which supported Adjusted EBITDA of $51 million, representing a 22% margin. Net income was favorably impacted by a $51 million tax benefit. Our SaaS performance was equally strong, with annual recurring revenue growing 42% to $289 million, supported by deployments in the federal market and international regions. Record Q3 bookings of $488 million were up 54%, driven by strength in software and sensors, bringing year-to-date bookings to nearly $1.2 billion, above full year 2020 levels.

Beachbody Company (NYSE: BODY) 22.7% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of ($0.13), $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.15). Revenue for the quarter came in at $208.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $246.93 million. Beachbody Company sees FY2021 revenue of $820-830 million, versus the consensus of $964 million.

Optinose (NASDAQ: OPTN) 16.3% LOWER; announced that it intends to offer and sell shares of its common stock in an underwritten public offering. All shares of common stock to be sold in the offering will be sold by Optinose.

Romeo Power, Inc. (NYSE: RMO) 13.2% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of ($0.13), $0.15 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.28). Revenue for the quarter came in at $5.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $4.43 million.

Clover Health Investments, Corp. (Nasdaq: CLOV) 9.5% LOWER; commenced an underwritten public offering of 35,000,000 shares of its Class A Common Stock. All of the shares are being offered by Clover Health. In conjunction with the offering, Clover Health intends to grant to the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 5,250,000 additional shares of its Class A Common Stock.

Certara, Inc. (Nasdaq: CERT) 7.3% LOWER; announced a proposed underwritten public offering by certain selling stockholders of 10 million shares of its common stock pursuant to a registration statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Royalty Pharma plc (NASDAQ: RPRX) 5.5% HIGHER; Warren Buffett's Berkshire disclosed a new investment.

SoFi Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: SOFI) 5% LOWER; today announced a secondary offering of 50 million shares of its common stock by entities affiliated with SoftBank Group Corp., Silver Lake Partners, Qatar Investment Authority, Red Crow Capital, LLC and ChaChaCha SPAC 5, LLC.

Lucid Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: LCID) 0.7% HIGHER; reported Q3 results, with EPS coming in at ($0.43), compared to ($6.64) in Q3/20. Quarterly revenue was $232,000, compared to $334,000 in Q3/20. Customer reservations grew to 13,000 during the quarter, reflecting an order book of around $1.3 billion. In Q3 the company significantly strengthened its balance sheet via the closing of the de-SPAC reverse merger + PIPE, closing the quarter with approximately $4.8 billion in cash.
