(Nasdaq: CRTX) 69% LOWER; reported top-line results from its Phase 2/3 GAIN Trial, a double-blind, placebo-controlled study evaluating the efficacy of atuzaginstat (COR388), an investigational orally administered small-molecule that targets gingipain proteases from the bacterium Porphyromonas gingivalis (P. gingivalis). The 643-participant study in mild to moderate patients with Alzheimers disease did not meet statistical significance in its co-primary cognitive and functional endpoints as measured by ADAS-Cog11 and ADCS-ADL at end of the treatment period in the overall cohort.

Enphase Energy (NASDAQ: ENPH) 19% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.60, $0.12 better than the analyst estimate of $0.48. Revenue for the quarter came in at $351.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $343.09 million. Enphase Energy sees Q4 2021 revenue of $390-410 million, versus the consensus of $370 million.

Robinhood (NASDAQ: HOOD) 8.9% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of ($2.06), $0.70 worse than the analyst estimate of ($1.36). Revenue for the quarter came in at $365 million versus the consensus estimate of $431.27 million. The company provided its Q4 outlook, expecting that many of the factors that impacted Q3, such as seasonal headwinds and lower retail trading activity, may persist. The company expects Q4 revenue no greater than $325 million and full-year revenue of less than $1.8 billion, in case no changes to the market environment or exogenous events take place. This compares to the consensus of $497.48 million and $2.02 billion, respectively.

Tenable Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: TENB) 6.3% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.07, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $0.02. Revenue for the quarter came in at $138.74 million versus the consensus estimate of $134.53 million.

Texas Instruments (NASDAQ: TXN) 5.8% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $2.07, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $2.05. Revenue for the quarter came in at $4.64 billion versus the consensus estimate of $4.66 billion. Texas Instruments sees Q4 2021 EPS of $1.87-$2.07, versus the consensus of $1.93. Texas Instruments sees Q4 2021 revenue of $4.22-4.58 billion, versus the consensus of $4.44 billion.

QuantumScape (NYSE: QS) 4.6% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of ($0.13), $0.03 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.10).

F5 Networks (NASDAQ: FFIV) 4.5% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $3.01, $0.26 better than the analyst estimate of $2.75. Revenue for the quarter came in at $682 million versus the consensus estimate of $672.2 million. F5 Networks sees Q1 2022 EPS of $2.71-$2.83, versus the consensus of $2.76. F5 Networks sees Q1 2022 revenue of $665-685 million, versus the consensus of $667.23 million.

Twitter (NYSE: TWTR) 3.5% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of ($0.54), $0.71 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.17. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.28 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.28 billion. Twitter sees Q4 2021 revenue of $1.5-1.6 billion, versus the consensus of $1.58 billion.

Juniper Networks (NYSE: JNPR) 3% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.46, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.46. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.19 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.2 billion. Juniper Networks sees Q4 2021 EPS of $0.48-$0.58, versus the consensus of $0.53. Juniper Networks sees Q4 2021 revenue of $1.215-1.315 billion, versus the consensus of $1.27 billion.

Affirm (NASDAQ: AFRM) 3% HIGHER; announced that through its partnership with American Airlines, eligible travelers have added flexibility to purchase flights and pay over time with Affirm. Affirm is bringing this added flexibility to American Airlines customers just in time for holiday travel season. According to the latest Affirm Consumer Spend Report, more than half of consumers would rather take a getaway than have a traditional family get-together this holiday season.

Cloudflare Inc. (NYSE: NET) 3% LOWER; Jefferies downgraded from Buy to Hold with a price target of $195.00 (from $135.00).

Coca Cola (NYSE: KO) 2.8% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.65, $0.07 better than the analyst estimate of $0.58. Revenue for the quarter came in at $10 billion versus the consensus estimate of $9.78 billion.

McDonald's (NYSE: MCD) 2.7% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $2.76, $0.30 better than the analyst estimate of $2.46. Revenue for the quarter came in at $6.2 billion versus the consensus estimate of $6.03 billion. Global comparable sales increased 12.7% (10.2% on a 2-year basis).

General Motors (NYSE: GM) 2.4% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $1.52, $0.56 better than the analyst estimate of $0.96. Revenue for the quarter came in at $26.78 billion versus the consensus estimate of $26.51 billion. General Motors sees FY2021 EPS of $5.70-$6.70, versus the consensus of $6.25.

Tesla (NASDAQ: TSLA) 2.3% HIGHER; Hertz and Uber (NYSE: UBER) have announced a partnership that will see the mobility and delivery company offering 50,000 Tesla (NASDAQ: TSLA) EVs by 2023 for its gig drivers. Goldman Sachs raises price target to $1125.

Microsoft (NASDAQ: MSFT) 1.7% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $2.71, $0.64 better than the analyst estimate of $2.07. Revenue for the quarter came in at $45.3 billion versus the consensus estimate of $43.97 billion. Guides Q2 revenue above the Street.

Alphabet (NASDAQ: GOOG) (NASDAQ: GOOGL) 0.2% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $27.99, $4.52 better than the analyst estimate of $23.47. Revenue for the quarter came in at $65.12 billion versus the consensus estimate of $63.45 billion.
