Zosano Pharma Corporation (NASDAQ: ZSAN) 45.6% LOWER; received a discipline review letter (DRL) from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in connection with the Qtrypta™ (zolmitriptan transdermal microneedle system) 505(b)(2) New Drug Application (NDA). A DRL is used by the FDA to convey preliminary comments on deficiencies identified during the NDA review with respect to a particular review discipline.

AMAG Pharma (NASDAQ: AMAG) 42% HIGHER; Apollo (NYSE: APO) -backed drug company Covis Pharma is in advanced talks to acquire AMAG Pharma (NASDAQ: AMAG), according to Bloomberg, citing people familiar with the matter.

LogicBio Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ: LOGC) 23.9% LOWER; intends to offer and sell shares of its common stock in an underwritten public offering. As part of the offering, LogicBio intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 15% of the shares of common stock offered in the public offering on the same terms and conditions. All shares being offered are to be sold by LogicBio.

Bed Bath & Beyond (NASDAQ: BBBY) 21.8% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.50, $0.82 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.32). Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.69 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.56 billion. Comparable Sales Growth of 6%, with Strong Comp Sales Growth from Digital Channels of 89%

SPI Energy Co., Ltd., (NASDAQ: SPI) 15.5% LOWER; entered into a securities purchase agreement with institutional investors for the issuance and sale of 2,964,000 shares of its common stock at a price of $5.40 per share, for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $16.0 million, in a registered direct offering.

SailPoint Technologies Holdings Inc. (NYSE: SAIL) 8.7% HIGHER; will replace Sally Beauty Holdings Inc. (NYSE: SBH) in the S&P MidCap 400.

Mountain Crest Acquisition Corp. (Nasdaq: MCAC) 4% HIGHER; Playboy Enterprises, Inc. and Mountain Crest Acquisition Corp. (Nasdaq: MCAC) (Mountain Crest), a publicly-traded special purpose acquisition corporation, today announced the signing of a definitive merger agreement to return Playboy to the public markets. Palantir Technologies Inc. (NASDAQ: PLTR) 3% HIGHER; today's IPO adds to 30% intra-day gain

PepsiCo (NASDAQ: PEP) 1.4% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $1.66, $0.18 better than the analyst estimate of $1.48. Revenue for the quarter came in at $18.09 billion versus the consensus estimate of $17.21 billion. PepsiCo sees FY2020 EPS of $5.50, versus the consensus of $5.36.
